The basement got sheetrocked in February! It is so exciting to see actual walls! We are really excited! For the last couple of weeks Ricky has been working on finish work, tile and doors and shelves! I will take pictures of those also! It is starting to look so good! Ricky is working so hard and I am just a ticking time bomb hoping everything will get done before the baby comes!
Sheetrock!!
Hunters 5th Birthday!!!!!!
Hunter turned five on February 23rd! (I am only a little late in posting) However, on his birthday he woke up at about 4am and was sick! It was so sad! He was looking forward to his birthday for weeks! I had everything all decorated with his presents wrapped and he didn't even notice that all day! Gratefully his sickness only lasted 24hrs so the next day we celebrated! It was an off year for a friend party so we had our own little family party. Hunter got to pick where he wanted to go to dinner. He picked the noodle place (which is Olive Garden), I was really excited about this choice. We went to dinner and then after came back for cake and ice cream. Grandma Webster and Grandpa and Grandma Bangerter came for ice cream and cake. We love Hunter so much! He is our little cowboy! We wouldn't know what to do without him!
Valentines Day.......
This Valentines day was pretty great! We woke up to eat pink heart shaped(or so we tried) pancakes. Sage really wanted these! It was a fun breakfast! Then Ricky did get me some flowers which was great! That night my mom and dad had a Valentines party for all the grandkids from 6-9pm and we were free to do whatever! It was so nice of my parents! Thanks mom and dad!! Ricky and I went for a quick dinner at Quiznos and then went and saw the movie "Taken". It was really good! Then on Sunday during my nap(which was great) Ricky took some pictures of the flowers and Sage! It was a fun weekend!
Sage's tooth.......
Sage has lost her front tooth! Isn't she cute? She now talks a little funny and kind of slurs when she talks! I don't think she is used to having it gone yet!
The Basement.......
For those of you who don't know we have been (or should I say Ricky has been) finishing our basement. In these pictures the framing, electrical, heating, wiring for speakers, phone, internet, and plumbling are done. Ricky is now just trying to insulate it so that we can start sheetrock. We are hiring out the sheetrock though. It isn't worth Ricky's time when we can have a crew come in and do it way faster! So hopefully this basement can be finished before the baby comes!! I can't wait!
Bear Lake 2009......
Like every other year we start it off with our annual trip to Bear Lake! We go with my family and it is a blast! We went sledding, snowmobiling, and mostly swimming. The kids were so excited to swim and they could go for hours and hours. We also play a lot of games and eat a lot of amazing food! It was great! Thanks Mom and Dad!!
Jade's Birthday!!!!!!
Our little Jade turned two! I can't believe she is already two! Ricky missed the birthday because he was at the Polaris thing! But we had a little party without him! The kids were really excited for Jade to have a cake! Jade is such a joy for our family! Grandma Webster came and also Grandma and Grandpa Bangerter! Jade got a little scooter for her birthday and she loves it!
Ricky's "Yucky" Head....
This is what happens when you try to do a backflip off of your snowmobile. Ricky was up at the Polaris photo shoot and they were just messing around and he was trying to stand on his snowmobile and do a backflip off into the snow. He didn't jump far enough away from the snowmobile and landed where your feet go. He had to get seven staples and eight stitches. Jade kept saying it was yucky, "Daddy's head yucky" She will still tell you that now. You can't really see the staples that great in this picture!
Christmas Time.....
So I am finally putting Christmas on the blog! It was a great time and went far too fast! This last month flew by and I was sad to see it go! Although it is nice having school going again! These are just a few pictures of Christmas time, from decorating gingerbread houses, to our Christmas Eve snowmobile ride and then into Christmas! It was a great holiday season!
