Paxton's First Birthday!! April 17, 2010

Paxton loved his birthday! We had dinner outside and then he enjoyed his cake! He then opened presents! I can't believe my baby is one! It is so crazy! We love our little Paxton! He is such a happy and fun little guy!

Sage's Singing Performance

Sage's singing performance was in April. I am a little late posting. This will be the last singing performance for a while. She did great!
Paxton was a little bit of a nightmare at the performance

Jade wanted to perform as well.

Hooray for Spring!

Spring is finally here. Or is it? The tulips are here but the warm weather seems to be staying away. Here are a few of Ricky's pictures of Spring!

Jade wanted to pose for Dad. She is such a cutie! Even with her PJ's on!

Jades feet are behind the flowers!

This is a close up of some of the tulips in front of the house. So fun!

This is actually our tree in the front yard! I think it is so beautiful! I really do love Spring and love all the blossoms and tulips! It really is a beautiful time of year!

2nd Soccer Game

The Green Dragons came back with a vengeance, they won by a land slide this week. Justin Bubert was back and brought new energy to little Dragons. He put on quite the show. Everyone tried much harder and it showed. It's fun to see them rewarded with a win after last weeks lost.

Look at the determination in their faces, they wanted it so bad. You would almost think they were competing against each other.

Not sure what made such a difference this week, but it didn't hurt that the boys kept rubbing Hunters head for good luck.

Justin Bubert in control of the ball, he was the MVP for sure.

First Soccer Game This Summer

The Green Dragons had a rough start this spring. They lost their first game of the season, and it was not pretty. They tried hard and had a ton of fun, but after the long winter break, their winning spree came to an end. Hunter has so much fun playing soccer, we where shocked when he chose soccer over the Jr. rodeo we was involved with last summer. We think it is the fun bunch of boys that make up the Green Dragons, they all play so well together, on and off the field.

Hunter is caught in action during his famous flying leap kick.

Hunter and Will battle for the ball.

Hunter is almost always caught smiling and having a good time playing soccer.

A little disappointed, Hunter humbly walks back to the side lines after loosing their first game.

Bryce Canyon

Spring hit and we got behind on posting the second half of our Spring Break vacation. After 2 days of Zions we spent the last day in Bryce National Park. Here It was a long day. After hitting every wide spot in the road, and every parking lot the made, we made the long trek home. It was worth it, hopefully the kids will remember it.

This is one of the views, from one of the many overlooks in Bryce Canyon.

Ricky thinks he is such a great photographer, but I took this picture with my little point and shoot. I think it turned out great!!

This is the whole group of kids, probably the only time they where all in one place and holding still. It didn't last very long.

Sage and Kenadee posing infront of one of the overlooks.

Matt Draper taking a picture of the epic vista.

Matt risking his life on the edge of a cliff, taking more pictures.

One of the last short hikes that we did, I think this one was called Inspiration Point.

Lots of Love to go around on this trip. Jade and Jake where sooo cute.

Even siblings where caught hugging. Here Hunter gives his big sister a big hug.

Sage and Kenadee love spending time together.

Zions Camping

We took the kids down to Zions National Park for their spring break. We did a lot of hiking, as saw some amazing things. It was impressive how well the young kids did hiking. Grandpa Webster came with us and made it that much funner. we where also joined by the Drapers and the Wights.

This is the first waterfall that we hiked to, the emerald pools.

Here is our brave band of little troopers.

Paxton did great great in the backpack.

Hunter and Me at one of the waterfalls on the emerald pools hike.

Jade and Miss Mo, a common sight on our hikes. Mo is such a good sport.

Paxton was still able to take his naps, though we are not sure how?

Jon is so great with the kids, these two small munchkins are always a big hit!

Hunter and Sage could have handles more, but as you can see Jade and Paxton are done hiking.

Sure footed Hunter makes his way along a narrow shelf.

Sage is quite the extreme hiker, all that dance time is paying off.

Trouble always comes in two, and here they are. Actually these two boys are very well behaved and play great together.

Sage negotiating a small crack in the wall of a slot canyon.

Can you spot Hunter, why go over when you can fit under?

We stopped by the Zions Ponerosa family camp and Hunter was brave enough to try the zip line! Thank goodness Mason and Max where brave enough to go first.

Sage also thought it looked fun and took a ride on it after Hunter.

Here are our 2 little dare devils.

Here is our dining accommodations at our RV sight, it ended up being a pretty nice place. Though at first sight we tried to find another place.

Jon playing kick the can with the kids in camp.
