Beautiful Bear Lake.......

We had a really fun opportunity to go to Bear Lake with my family. We went up and did a little snowmobiling, swimming and a lot of playing games. We do this every year with my family and it is so much fun. We lounge around in our P.J.'s all weekend, play games and eat a lot of food, I mean a lot of food and treats! The kids love being with their cousins! We had a great time! Thanks Mom and Dad!

Jade in the Hospital.................

On January 10th I took Jade to her one year doctors appointment. She had gotten sick the day before and I said "perfect her appointment is tomorrow" So I took Jade and the doctor said the she had bronchiolitis. She gave me breathing treatments to take home and had me wake her up every four hours to give them to her. It was a horrible night. I went back to the doctors at nine in the morning and they sent me to primary children's in an ambulance with Jade. It was crazy! She had to have oxygen so they couldn't just send me up by myself. Of course, Ricky was out of town snowmobiling, he always seems to miss the fun times. We spent the next four days in the hospital with Jade. She finally got to come home and then was on oxygen for five more days. I am so glad that she is doing so much better now. I love my little Jade so much and hate to see her in pain. It is so sad to see a little one when they are sick! I am so grateful that it wasn't any worse!!

Christmas Nativity!!

My mom did the nativity this year. She went and found all of the costumes and put them in individual bags. The kids got to each pick a bag and see what they got to be. It was really great! Jade was an angel. Hunter loved being the shepard. It is going to be a new tradition!

Gingerbread house night.............

So our annual tradition of gingerbread houses took place at my moms house the other night. We had pizza for dinner and then all the kids decorated a gingerbread house. The rest of the adults had to frost cookies!! It was so fun. The kids are getting so fun. Sage is so meticulous about her house and it is so fun to watch her. Hunter just wants to eat everything. Jade really enjoyed her sugar cookie. I love Christmas time!!

Snowmobiling!!!!!!!!!!!

We took the kids snowmobiling this last weekend. We went up to Daniels Summit. We gave the kids an early Christmas present, a little snowmobile. They had so much fun riding it. It will be fun this year! Jade even had a great time sitting in the snowmobile trailer!

Ricky's New Passion..........

Ricky got a new camera and wants to take pictures of everything. He took these of Jade before she went to bed. They turned out so cute! Anyone want their picture taken?

Festival of Trees!

Sage danced at the Festival of Trees! She is getting to be such a great dancer! She is soooo darn cute! It is so funny to watch the little kids dance! I just love it!

It snowed!!!

Sage and Hunter were so excited when it finally snowed and they could go play outside. All they wanted to do was eat the snow!! So they did! I just warned them not to eat any snow that wasn't white!! I guess winter is here! It is supposed to snow again in a couple of days! Fun stuff! Merry Christmas to everyone!!

Jade loves apples!!!

Jade was so cute the other day. She stole Sage's apple and wouldn't give it back. She loves sucking on them since she still has no teeth.

THE GARAGE!!

We have finally started building our garage in the back yard. (I say we very lightly because really I have done nothing but watch with much happiness). It is so exciting to finally have it started though and now Ricky has the bug to get it done! Yippee!! No more weeds back there!

MY JADE!

It is getting so close to Thanksgiving and I was just thinking about my many blessings. One of which is my little Jade. I swear that I just barely had her but now she is ten months old. It is crazy how fast this year flew by. I am so grateful that Jade is here in our family. I love her so much. Ricky calls her my golden child. How can you just not adore her though. These are a few pictures of her growing up so fast. When she was born, to her blessing, having the helmet and then to the cute little baby now sitting up and playing with toys. Jade still is not crawling however. But that is okay with me. I love you Jade!!
